Scottish Transactional Analysis Association group onon LinkedIn
The Scottish Transactional Analysis Association (STAA) is a new membership body formed to represent the interests and wishes of Transactional Analysis (TA) trainees and professionals working across Scotland.
The Scottish Transactional Analysis Assoication (STAA) is a brand new organisation that seeks to promote TA across Scotland and internationally, including the support, promotion and regulation of training in all four fields of application- that is, psychotherapy, counselling, organisational and educational TA.
We are particularly keen to:
- develop the TA community in Scotland
- participate in the global TA community
- advance TA education and research
- build a strong evidence base for the effectiveness of TA
- develop dialogue and collaboration with other modalities around common concerns in the field of counselling and psychotherapy in Scotland.
In advance of producing a website, we have set up a discussion group on LinkedIn to help kickstart dialogue among existing members and, also, reach out to all potential members and other interested parties.
Please feel free to have a look at: http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=3006386, or search for 'Scottish Transactional Analysis Association'.
Many thanks
